Step 1

Preheat oven to 400° F.

Step 2

In stacks of two, use a kitchen knife to cut a “stem” out of each pair of flour tortillas. Place one tortilla of each pair on a baking sheet and cut a jack-o-lantern face into the other.

Step 3

On the baking sheet, cover each of the 4 tortillas with a 1/2 cup cheese and place the jack-o-lantern tortillas on top lining up the stems.

Step 4

Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melty. Serve with sour cream and picante sauce, if desired.
