1. CONTEST DESCRIPTION
The Acme Fresh Market 135 Second Shopping Spree Contest (“Contest”) provides eligible participants the opportunity to enter for a chance to win a 135-second in-store shopping spree, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on March 5 and ends on March 25 (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
3. ENTRY METHOD
During the Contest Period, a unique promotional code will print on customer receipts when an Acme Savings Card is scanned in a qualifying transaction at any Acme Fresh Market location. Each unique code may be entered at www.acmestores.com for a chance to receive an instant savings reward and/or entry into the Shopping Spree Contest. Codes are subject to verification and may be used only once.
Limit nine (9) unique code entries per customer during the Contest Period. Any attempt to exceed this limit may result in disqualification.
4. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ohio who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Acme Fresh Market, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.
5. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected each week from among all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. Weekly drawings will occur on or about March 13, March 20, and March 27.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during each weekly entry period. No specific odds are guaranteed or implied.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or email using the contact information associated with the Acme Savings Card account or provided at the time of entry.
8. SHOPPING SPREE DETAILS
The Shopping Spree will be timed for one hundred thirty-five (135) seconds by an Acme Fresh Market Manager beginning at the front entry of the store. At the end of one hundred thirty-five (135) seconds, the winner must immediately stop shopping and proceed to checkout.
Winner may take no more than two (2) of any like-kind item. All items must fit into a single shopping cart. The following items are excluded: prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, gift cards, lottery items, and post office services.
The winner must shop alone and may receive no assistance. Items may only be selected from store shelves, coolers, and freezers on the sales floor. Items selected during the Shopping Spree may not be returned or exchanged.
Winners will receive a copy of the complete rules prior to participating. Rules must be signed before the shopping spree begins.
9. TAXES AND PRIZE CONDITIONS
The Shopping Spree prize is not redeemable for cash. The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY
By participating, the winner releases Acme Fresh Market and its officers, employees, and agents from all liability arising from participation in the Contest or use of the prize. The winner grants Acme Fresh Market permission to use their name, likeness, and voice for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Winners may be required to complete and return an additional liability release and a publicity release before being named the official winner.
11. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY / ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY
To receive a unique code without making a purchase, the participant must mail a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped #10 business envelope to:

Each outer envelope must include your full name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code. Limit one (1) Unique Code per request. Requests must be (i) handwritten, (ii) postmarked by March 15, and (iii) received by March 20, 2026.
Requests that are photocopied, computer-generated, mechanically reproduced, sent in bulk, or noncompliant with these requirements will not be honored. Acme Fresh Market is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected mail.
All mail-in requests received after March 20, 2026, or postmarked after March 15, 2026, will be deemed ineligible. Please note that although mail-in requests will be honored up until March 20, 2026, Acme Fresh Market does not guarantee receipt of the unique code by the participant prior to the drawing for the shopping spree.
12. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY COMPLIANCE
This Contest is not a lottery. No purchase or payment is required to obtain a ticket or win any prize. The free mail-in method described above provides an equal opportunity to participate and win. Both purchase and non-purchase entries are treated identically in all drawings.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected from participants is subject to Acme Fresh Market’s Privacy Policy, available at acmestores.com/privacy. By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the administration of this Contest and for being contacted at regarding potential prizes.
During the entry process, participants may be offered the opportunity to opt in to receive marketing communications from Acme Fresh Market, including offers, promotions, and updates about products and services. Opting in to marketing communications is voluntary and not required to participate in or win this Contest.
Participants who choose to opt in will receive marketing communications in accordance with Acme Fresh Market’s Privacy Policy and may unsubscribe or withdraw consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email from Acme Fresh Market.
Acme Fresh Market may use information from participants in accordance with its Privacy Policy, including the use or sharing of aggregated or de-identified information that does not personally identify any individual participant.
14. . DISQUALIFICATION AND INTEGRITY
Acme Fresh Market reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Contest process, attempts to defraud, or acts in violation of these Official Rules. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may result in civil and criminal prosecution.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or related to this Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Summit County, Ohio, and shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Entrants agree to personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any right to trial by jury.
15. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
This Contest is void outside Ohio and wherever prohibited by law.
All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, printing errors, human error, tampering, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
If the Contest is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may, at its discretion, conduct the Grand Prize drawing from among all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
Sponsor further reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
